It is amazing how people are starting to wake up. Last summer so many were brainwashed by KB and her BS. Get out of VZ retail if you can.. it is only going to get worse. This summer is going to be messy
Why would any rep have ever tried at all under the current comp plan. Should have seen this in July when it was announced.
This is now the worst job I've had in my life. It is impossible to succeed. Between the unfair survey system, the lack of staff, unreasonable quotas, reduced pay, walking sales, manipulating metrics, quality signal contradiction, unethical push on VzP home, terrible pos system, overly complicated promotions, miserable culture, unreliable quote tool, time off availability, poor store flow, smb 360, smb support, part time hiring farce, dual store shuffle, ugly uniforms, spotty 5G, Up to speed self indulgence, store safety concerns, fake cheerleading in chat groups, hostile customers, out sourcing of jobs and woke culture dementia. We are now 100% horrible. Congratulations
Honestly reps need to work together to slow the fu-k down. No one is calculating the labor vs earnings to bust your bu-t for some small bonus. You're over accelerating on your hourly and getting nothing for it. Slow down and milk everything the math makes sense that the hourly is far greater then the bonus. Especially with customer surveys being weighted so highly the company clearly says do anything to please the customer. So me a rule or policy that says don't transfer all their data if they ask or won't use resources.
Yup. Taking my foot off the gas. Can't reach impossible. Not going to bust my a-s and get minus commission.
