Wasn't there talk about early May cuts? What happened with that?

Integrating headcount into the Wells HR system of record is a “stretch goal”, or just “a stretch” to be honest…
You can’t really look at teamworks for precise numbers, or for it to be related to exactly when someone’s position is cut (I.e. the person saying some people vanish each day)
I know this will be shocking - but TW isn’t integrated properly with HR system of record.
Sometimes people are gone the day they’re given notice, sometimes after their notice period (when severance begins) and sometimes not until after the severance is over/done.
But the overall downward trend - yep.
I don’t think you can go by Teamworks numbers to know how many total people are still employed. I know some people who were laid off more then 6 month ago and still appear in TeamWorks. I think you are still considered an employee for up to 2 month after getting laid off. And as long as you are collecting a Severance package then you will still be listed on TeamWorks.
More fake news apparently.
And the previous poster needs to new shtick. That one is tiresome and sounds like an ineffective congressman.
If you watch teamwork's we are losing about 200 per day. People think that these layoffs happen on one specific day are fooling themselves. Yes, on certain days they will layoff more, lob wise, but your pink slip can happen on any day. We have another year to go, and on Fridays I joke with my gf that I made it another week.
@rbc+1aGgu9cI Early 2020s won’t be over for 9 years…
In which group did they layoff QA associates?
Layoffs have happened this month. Some QA Analysts/Associates were laid off a few days ago.
I wish them well.
It will be a little difficult to pursue other interests when we would need to go back to guarding our office chairs. Im sure we will find the way to do it any way ;-)
stay strong and pursue other interests either in training or personal interests to keep your mind off the torture tactics
No, it’ll be slow and excruciating to maximize attrition.
why would they speed the pace up? They will can you once they get everything they need from you
I feel like I am playing the lottery. I hope I win!
Agree. Speed up and put whiners out of their suffering.
They need to step up the pace and get it over with.
svb said cuts would be continuous all through the year, not all at once
Early May isn't over.
unhappy employees would be glad to get laid off. Bring it on
May 14. Be patient.
