Look, I understand the frustration of jobs going to India. But let's be fair -- Charlie and Saul are the reason this is happening. Let's not blame the people who are getting hired in India.
Don't get me wrong: I've always had zero issues with Indian people coming here and spending their paychecks on local businesses. I don't believe off-shore actually works based on my experience at BAC and other corporations. It's corporate greed and nothing else
Let's just have some empathy for our team members in India -- this is a GLOBAL pandemic and we need to view all of us as human beings, no matter where we live.

Oh boy. Here we go! I need to start a blog There is simply TOO MUCH WFC ABSURDITY to cover on one discussion board. Their bs is overwhelming.
Charlie is putting up basketball courts and video game rooms in India. State side we don't even get a office, and when we do its temp spot. Most people here haven't even received a cost of living adjustment, they've goofed with people's job titles, back loaded the 401k match, medical plan prices jumped 12%. And in terms of job growth, its almost impossible to find something new internal. And now they fill the place with Indians and ask employees to teach them as quickly as possible, and guess what happens when you do..
