When does the PTO balance get updated? I have been looking at my balances pretty regularly and I am not seeing a change in my pto hours. A

Only a few states have rollover in PTO.
Everyone else had to take their 2020 time by the end of January or they lost it.
PTO amounts are calculated only once a year, for the following year's eligible time.
PTO rollover was at the end of Jan. Two columns in you MTO- one is what you are eligible to earn, the second is what rolled over from last year. You can check your last year totals by changing the year drop down to 2020. If the hours you have showing on 2021 are only the eligible to earn this year, it is possible that you did not have any roll over from last year.
