Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Is BTC a success?

Want to hear from BTC employees and folks who work with them.

Do note the management is all expat at this time.

How successful can it be if they sent the executive who presided over the debacle of Julia in the GOM. The most expensive well ever drilled for a dud.

DOGeCoin is a better investment than BTC.
One DOEecoin will be worth more than eXXX0N M0BlL
EMBTC will continue to recruit Chitkara, U of Pune, I.C.T., Anna U., Manipal etc. graduates leading to -ve gains.

I’ve worked with three teams involving BTC members. They sure bring our cost per hour down, if you consider that our rate decreases the more hours we put.

I have yet to see a team where the BTC succeeded without any intervention from Houston, KL, or BA. the other TCs keep them afloat and then you have managers wanting to convince shareholders they’re working miracles.

My global team has managers who sit at BTC. They are very successful at pulling positions from the US to theirs. So there you go.

BTC also refers to bitcoin. Which has significantly outperformed XOM and is more valuable than XOM. 1T (?) market cap compared to 200B

I don’t think that’s what the OP was referring to though

BTC is up ~500% while XOM is only up ~20% in a year
