I am interviewing now at a company and am expecting offer by end of this month. If I resign on June first week, would I get my due stock options during my notce period of 30 days?

they turned my 2 week notice into 2 days.
If you are talking about getting new options I doubt that your management would give them to you if you are leaving and in addition they would not vest and be worthless anyway.
If you are talking about options that you have that will vest later in June you need to be careful. Just because you give 30 days notice does not mean that the company will not release you that day. If someone gives me notice on Thursday and they are not a key employee I thank them for the notice they gave and set their last day for Friday and wish them well. I don't need them around collecting a paycheck for 30 days.
If your options are already vested you have 30 (might be 90, you should check) days from termination to exercise them.
If you want to go, go!
