Every single one of us full timers (but I'm thinking the same is true for part timers) needs three days off in a row every week to recover from the constant bu-----t we have to take here day in, day out. Maybe then some of the managers who spend their days doing absolutely nothing would have to actually lift a finger on occasion.

3 days off in a row every week is excessive and likely would'nt allow you reach full time status. Having every other weekend off would be a better solution.
carsons and bonton stores had the same problem with the're air conditioning when they went of business in 2018
Yes, my store has no ac. I sit in the car with the ac on high all the way home. Sad

They've resorted to lack of air conditioning at the Belk in Snellville, Ga.
Customers have complained, wanting corporates number to call, and stating they're not going to continue shopping in a hot store.
Work the associates till they ache, and neglect their safety when closing at night.
You'd think Belk would have went out with some style, but I suppose not. This is called greed, with no empathy for the associates.
You are pathetic corporate.
