This is why I NEVER quote with things customers don't want or need.
Remember that short time mid/late 2020 where we just helped customers with what ever they needed and sold them stuff that was relevant? The 1.0 creeped back in and people are pressured to slam. Infact 2.0 only exists as taking pay from tenured reps.

Damn straight it happens daily. Its called quote tool, Paperless billing, emailed receipt and slight of hand. Now you see it and now you don't. Old verizon line... you should have reviewed your bill for honesty and accuracy. I can credit you only 3 months trick. This sh-t is bigger than Wells Fargo fraud because we have 100 million plus customers. Beware verizon customer! When is the last time you checked the details? Good chance you are paying for something you didn't know about. "I had it in the quote". It's not my fault you didn't see it and specifically ask to not have it included!! Oh, you thought that was the phone insurance.... nope! Got ya!
Beware Solutions Specialist... if you are quoting this way then you are complicit in fraudulent activities. Verizon will tell you that you should have known better yet they knew all along.
