Stop doing your best for this company when they are not doing anything for you. You want to make a statement stop pushing pull through, vcc, vzp.. give the customer what they came in for and that’s it,we doing to much to receive nothing in return but more work f*** (KB, HANS) and all them puppets in the top not taking any pay cut and pay increasing while screwing over the frontline and expecting the most.

They jacked up our quotas. F'um I will not bust my as$ for .8 and then let survey hit me more. I will take the hourly and sleep tight.

Starting the month strong, had a 4 liner come in and quoted with Get More, VZP-MD and VZ Home as we are supposed to. Needless to say that walked even after trying to build value and explain why they needed all these features. My run rate is 4 new lines a day “walking” so far..... I think I found our revenue problem.

Told a custy to go to ATT today and it felt soooo good. ATT has better promos, here is your transfer pin.

After the way our company treated her I dont blame her for being mad. And how verizon treats their frontline, I felt like it was the best thing for her to do. Gotta do whats right for the customer. That's in our credo right?

I used to be a top performing rep in SMB. I used to love to prospect and close deals over the phone. It would consistently add two to three thousand dollars to my commission check every single month. Now they want to pay me almost $40,000 less a year to do the exact same thing? FU-K NO. I will never proactively call a business. If they make us blitz, I now sit in the back and pretend to dial. If an SM is monitoring, I'll cold call friends and they love pretending to be interested business people.
I'm currently in talks to work for one of my long time SMB customers. Look how Verizon has treated top performers. Increased work load with less employees and less pay. I'm giving Verizon the amount of work the pay cut is worth until then. BYE.

I stopped doing my best a long while ago. You want to pay me less then I will do comparable work. Treat me like an hourly wage worker and that is what you will get. Clock in clock out, work when I have to.

i love how sm’s get all excited about a 1200$ comm check and think thats oh so amazing, ummm that was bare minimum in individual comm and a slap in the face to high performers seeing a comm check so slow.... like i use to more than double that 💩

Finally a person with great self respect & guts to post this!! Salute to U!! Everyone else seems like they’re sipping on that Hans & Co Kool Aid. Lets join the Union. Just b4 in June, when Solutions Specialist will be doing Managerial work with no pay raise, come all out and put it in the Media. HR sucks & are also a part of this corrupt practice. Our Biggest Competitor “HAS” it & its “THERE” for a reason & it keeps getting renewed every 4 yrs for a REASON. Its like vzw keeping screwing us over & over & instead of doing smthng abt it, we just LET that hppn. HR ain’t ur friend, and WILL NOT help u. Instead ur gonna get ur name black listed. I setup someone on a business plan recently even though it was a worse deal for them and 100% going to be a worse Verizon experience just because I had to BOP them because of the BOP bo--r going on. Once they say they had a business how do you talk them out of it? your manager would pull your head off. Jim and Janes 3 line account for a pottery hobby business doesn't need a SMB account. No business support on weekends, none of the consumer perks, worse app, difficult to do anything and the list could go on.

Yes and Be sure you tell every customer about how vz pays us on the survey so we can rig the system back in our favor since vz rigged it in theirs.
