Betting that once its established, kyndryl will likely be an acquisition target. Anyone agree? Timeline? Who do you think the players will be?

Google will take Hybrid/Redhat IBM (builds their cloud share, gives them Redhat, and exploits mainframe and Fortune 500 relationships) HCL will take Kyndryl (exploits the past relationship without competing in the Fortune 500)
I bet my 50 cents on kyndryl going to WITCH, and Dell going after remaining ibm.
My vote is that it'll be Tata (TCS). They are already in so many of our GTS accounts. Oh, and if you don't already work with them, you're in for a treat. Typical sweatshop mentality. With your big western salaries and benefits, you will be made redundant in short order.
I love that WITCH acronym. Never heard that before - Wipro, Infosys, Tata, Cognizant, HCL (for those of you in GTS wondering who your new (temporary) employer will be. :(
What the pro’s think. Legacy IBM that doesn’t fit into the Redhat strategy is on the block

I believe remaining IBM will be acquired quicker than kyndryl. Way to go Executive team!
Nothing against other countries. Do object when I have to train untrainable clerical types that somehow land a job in IT after being spruiked up by their senior management.
Ibms greatest asset is it's mframe install base
Definitely one of the WITCH.
HCL or TATA or some other foreign sweat shop is in kyndryl's future. Expecting to stay on with them fulltime?? Well then, keep looking over your shoulder for the next H1B that will be plopped at your desk for you to train before you're thrown out on your hind quarters.
Lovely way to continue a career, ya think?
HCL I expect the to bid before the spin-off, as they want a partnership with IBM’s enterprise customers
