Trying my best to stay positive and

Trying my best to stay positive and embrace the new business model but I’m exhausted waiting to see what’s next. I’m a branch banker and I’m constantly falling behind on everything that is expected from me. I’m placing customers first but I can’t keep up with the customers, there’s too many that need assistance at the branch and not enough bankers/tellers. I don’t know what to do. I know this site is not for this type of posting but I’m starting to believe that maybe I should look elsewhere where I’m not as overwhelmed as I have been.

Imagine how much worse it would be if you were in technology. The pace of change and deliverables would bend your mind… and not in a good way

Sorry it's hard, but YES you should look elsewhere. I don't see the business model changing. Hang in there, no job is worth risking your mental or physical health over.
