I have a feeling the next round will be more low hanging fruit. The old boys club and their hangers on won't touch any of their own.

Managers were requested to rank us a few weeks ago so something is coming down. Just a matter of when higher management want to pull the trigger. Very good and capable people are going to be let go.

Hate to see anyone lose their job, but feels like Pembina is super top-heavy at the moment with business development and PMs. Far too much delegating going on. Especially with projects currently on hold or in limbo. Simply not sustainable, and nowhere near as profitable with all that overhead.

All we are getting told is there will be a company re-org and change will occur. Decisions/changes to be made in the next few weeks. "Whatever decisions are made will be what is best for the company"....

I think more lay offs are coming. All of us know that Pembina is struggling financially speaking. Also Jordan Cove LNG plant is on hold after failing to receive water permits from Oregon.
Let's be prepare for the next round.

I think something might be coming but I can't get any concrete info on it.
