You've heard of paint by number for people that have no artistic skill. Here we have lead by number for leaders that have no leadership ability. They put their skill in cheerleading on group chat. It's a relevancy feeling that allows their peers to "see" how fake involved they are in the business. Our DM is so confused she only wants to know if we sold a home protect. But shout out that walk in case sale that just dropped your contribution metrics and you are a superstar! Clerking at its best and faking at its worst. In my district they paid each rep in a store $5k for cheating the metrics during a store contest by doing ALL in store pickup orders using the app on the customer's phone while the customer was in the store instead of the pos system!! Wow! Look at those awesome fake results! The vp actually came to the store to do a monthly zoom recap call and cheered for them and told all the other stores how great they were!!! Their success gave our vp "goosies"! Only to find out a week later they cheated. This is Verizon!! Great leadership on this one! Perfect example of lead by numbers. Over $45K in fraud and no one fired. This is Verizon! Behind the story story, no one told them cheating was wrong. Ha! This is Verizon! Wonder if this mishap made it up to Hans? Shhhhhh. Keep it on the DL.

Same story different year. We slam features and hope they don’t come back to our store. If they do ,we just play d-mb. Slamming in flex quote is just the 2021 version of slamming.

Our whole district has been lead by the cheat til you get caught, and we (knowingly)applaud you, then we fire you when it gets out. It’s the Verlieson way.....
My GM said just sell a vzp home to get off the list. Said sometimes we fake it to make it. Too much importance on any 1 item makes good people do bad things. When you twist my arm I'm not going to let you snap it. I give up you win
The entire store staff in California were all fired a few years back for stuff like this. Not anymore I guess. Cheaters stay good reps leave. This is the culture we have created.
