How is testing and validation still here? We are the only bank in the world that has an entire team in the second line that performs control testing. They are highly paid, under qualified and just redo what the business already does. I thought we were trying to cut costs and instead of cutting people that actually bring value we have this group that does nothing but add inefficiencies. Add in the many other layers and layers of checkers in the second line, but certainly start here.
