This has to stop, we need to raise our voices and bring it to NLRB. HR s just sealing their lips bcz they also know its unethical and morally wrong. This is height of corruption and needs NOW to be dealt with legal class action lawsuits against Verizon. This is also another reason that we need a UNION.

Out of curiosity if they are going to cut SM's who does the Grow coachings and has tough conversations when GM is out on vacation/leave? Be smart. I see more GM's, DM's, and middle people getting cut. Look at hierarchy on the Biz side. Plenty of bloat there.

They're going to axe the SM position. Or at least severely destroy it. This is based on nothing more than personal experience. They trained everybody to do the work of an Experience Specialist. What'd they do? Axed it. They trained everybody to the work of a Retail Support Specialist then what'd they do? Axed it.
Now they're training everybody to do the work of an SM. Wonder what they plan on doing..
I have never known any managers who are effective as Solution Specialists. If anything, they are bottlenecks for most orgs.
