I left like a week ago, got hired on right before the comp change...
No surprise. Now that other businesses are hiring, many more comparative, or better opportunities out there.
My store has had 4 leave in 2021, so bad hours have been cut 10-6 and closed Sunday.
10 reps in my district quit this week.
