Pay us individual commission based on quantity again! No more experiment with team commission and quality. This is why Verizon is failing. The only reason we had 2% positive 1st quarter is because you stole from your reps....let us sell again! And pay me for what I individually sell! We were booming years ago. Now we can't compete with t-mobile hahahahahah

You're dreaming if you think changing back is going to happen. Commission will disappear before it goes back to individual. 10000% sure.
I don't think you know how business finances work.
Also if you think retail is a little blip you need to go back and look at the 2019 revenue report because you are wrong. Retail is vital and will always be needed.
Verizon's net income in 2020 was $17.8B, compared to $15.2B in 2018, and that's after business was suppressed because of COVID. Cutting commissions in favor of third parties is working and phenomenally at that. Besides, wireless retail is barely a blip compared to other business lines these days. This isn't T-Mobile, and if you think it is, you should go work for them. Oh wait, they're closing larger percentages of their stores than VZ and have always paid less commission too! There's a reason management is management and you're a peon who's paid ever less.
