Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

All the things we have to contend with

Working at WFC means having to contend with

  • unprofessional managers
  • nepotism-driven promotions
  • no focus
  • barely any talent
  • loss of revenue due to bad decisions
  • no accountability for many mistakes
  • no direction
  • bleak future...

And I could go on and on...

i have to agree with OP that management is usually the cause of a number of issues....all these issues are rampant throughout the organization

I have not had to contend with these issues, thankfully. It must vary greatly by division.

"And I could go on and on..."

Please don't. Stating the bleeding obvious requires no special insight and is pretty tedious.

I have seen and investigated a lot of unprofessional behavior issues, and 95% of the time it's not a manager, it's an IC, so let's not cast stones from that glass house. That's not to say that it doesn't happen, but it's much less frequent.
