i have to agree with OP that management is usually the cause of a number of issues....all these issues are rampant throughout the organization
Op’s lack of brain cells is the most annoying thing we have to contend with
The b*ching and moaning on here is endless
like watching days of our lives soap opera working here, but in real time
I have not had to contend with these issues, thankfully. It must vary greatly by division.

I have seen and investigated a lot of unprofessional behavior issues, and 95% of the time it's not a manager, it's an IC, so let's not cast stones from that glass house. That's not to say that it doesn't happen, but it's much less frequent.
