It doesn't take rocket science to figure this out. System outages & negative surveys always come in the same end bcz Verlieson doesn’t wanna pay us. Simple. Also, they probably got a specialized IT team either here or in India where they monitor those and make sure they do it on purpose so that way we don’t get paid.

If they want surveys that bad why not make every transaction a guaranteed survey? Sure not everyone will answer but at least it will be a little more fairly measured.
Well does any one actually know the algorithm that the surveys run on? It's so mysterious that you can't say they aren't doing some weird things behind the scenes
Truth!!! Happens at my store every month....and always costs us $200 or $300, another thing, we never have detractors show on our monitor in the back, what's up with that?? We need to files a lawsuit like Sprint people did!!
