Fidelity 401k float and self dealing July 2020 !!!

If anyone has ever had the chance to match up OFF CYcle checks with deposits made to their 401k account they should perhaps look at:

The curious ones, the ones that are the deposits that while fall within rule the 15 day deposit rule (perhaps) yet somehow the deposit (from the off cycle check) is moved and always falls after a dividend is paid.

The funds are in limbo for like 5 business days.

There has been lawsuits resulting in class action settlements in the millions of dollars with Fidelity one occurred last July 2020 no less.

Perhaps it’s just a strange occurrence though.

Interesting none the less.

Yah I can’t believe the fidelity account was able to trick those s—ers that work at Verizon wonder who made all that money with very small changes.

Who knows

The Management 401K 'Funds' are a joke - they do not pay (reinvest) dividends nor capital gains.

The CWA 401K Funds were kept intact per contract when the Management 401K Funds were changed. You cannot even look up the 'fund' listings.

I was management, now retired and my spouse is active CWA.
My spouse gets @ $20,000 year reinvested in capital gains and dividends annually.
I received $0

The 1st thing I did was take my 401K out of Fidelity into a Rollover IRA.
I have made $7,000 in dividends and capital gains this 1st Qtr.

But what do I know,

I only make roughly $20,000 a year in dividends from the 401k.
