I was part of BB&T so this is mostly the question for people who came from that side of the merger. Do you think our customers are still happy or some (most) of them are looking to bail? Enough things have changed in the past year or so that I'm starting to hear more and more complaints. How about the rest of you?

If they were really WOKE they would immediately announce they were pulling all jobs out of Georgia. The SunTruist presented by BBT All Star game is gone!

Our customers? Depends on if they are in GA or not. Kelly and Bill climbing all over themselves to be the Wokest old white bankers out there. Eeriely silent now on whole GA voting story.

All the branches are struggling, it's like trying to swim upstream, eventually you give up. Nobody wants to be here and clients are leaving in droves.
If you’ve ever been in one the blended branches to attempt any business the answer is simple. Nobody in one has a clue what they’re doing! I can’t help you with that see that person over there. I don’t know! They are as screwed up as the rest of the SunTruist maybe worse.
