Firemen and oilers are hardly have a good work ethic , most of them here are pretty worthless ,plus most dont know how to do a damn thing.

Fireman & Oilers are going bye bye. All they do is switch so that work will be absorbed by machinists/Electricians. It’s in the works. Conway is still KING!
Thats rite. Should all be nuttin but fireman n’ oilers every place doin all the jobs cause they cheaper plus its like gettin 2 guys for same money as 1 other guy. Cause you get a fireman plus a oiler.
