At our location, we have 2 SMs and 1 Gm, and 2 keyholders. One Sm has checked out completely, delegating everything, not controlling the door and the salesfloor,Sales floors, inventory duties, leaving early if the 2 Sms are working together. No one wishes a job layoff, however if there is one on Thursday ( a day before payday) it might shake up the store mgmt team to do more..knowing, Verizon they'll let go the other SM who is more involved.
key holders in multi stores are running the store with no managers some days whats the point of managers.
Really hard to think they would can all SMs however almost everyone is a key holder.
