So with stores that are multi stores has there been scheduling problems that reps who are keyholders end up running the store for the day and the manager are of that day.

Super easy fix have the 2 ASM work 4 10 hour day is the simplest easiest fix
Lol at the SM trying to justify his job. SM is a worthless in a world where coaching is dead and numbers are meaningless
A manager job is to run the store most locations have at least 2 SMS in a multi store there is no reason and unless a emegerncy where both SMS should be off. Being in management at this point is a joke but some managers seeing the writing on the wall but still want to develop there people to prepare them for there next opportunity. Also having a keyholder run the store for the entire day is not fair at all and reflects poory on leadership.

I've had just a keyholder and gm. Which basically means GM on call all days and KH ram the store
