Anyone that stupid to believe they care about underserved communities??? They have the only person of color on the executive team quoted for the article and all the white executive team just sits back. I’m telling you 3/4 of that place could care less about underserved communities - they just care about making money. What a joke. I’ve heard several times “can’t let that person go cause there either a woman or black”. The old SunTrust boys club - Rogers, Cummins, Case, Massey, Meyer - all deep down bigots

To be fair, they promoted the Chief HR officer to E14 and she's not white.
