Just want to see if there are any stores making anything over $1,500 in commissions ? Or is the standard comission check now $900?

We have hit 1.2 & 1.3 sales multipliers. We only take appointments and then screen for critical issues and new service and give them immediate help. We give the customer a choice of appointment or ISPU if they are just doing an upgrade. Vzw Corp wants us to push digital choices so we do. They make the rules and we play the game.
I think it's crazy how Verizon can pay off someones else's opinion... There are so many people that have their biases against so many types of people, sometimes it's unaware bias from an up bringing. I wonder what the difference is on RIS scores from different store that have more of a minority race? Is that fair with a very divided country and all the H.te going on? So you're telling me that if a tall white m&n goes onto a store and works with someone he doesn't care much about (their color of skin) then gives a 7 just because he can, that's ok? This can go other ways too but this is a example. Sometimes you can give the world to people but it's never enough, why is the pay based on that and there is no room for error??? Like just 1 detractor cuts so much!
Always, looks like it will happen. Then the last day of the month or even a couple days after. A detractor magically appears to pull money away.
Surveys should be only used as a tool for improving. Not tied to pay.

Maxed out sales for the first 3- 4 months 2 of those we got f—ed out of 300+ from one bad survey
It s—s. Employees are so afraid of a bad RIS that they do whatever needs to be done to not open accounts of rude customers. Can’t be good for the ACTUAL customer experience. No one wants to be abused by a customer, then have that rude customer dock not only their pay but the entire teams’ pay as well.
Just another way to keep us distracted while they implement new changes. I imagine there will be some sort of assistance with RIS at some point, but, the unnecessary stress it is putting on the front line in the mean time is shameful.
Yup been maxed on everything. Hard to stay motivated when everything you do for 10 days left could only hurt you. Legit want to call out the whole time to not be the unlucky one to get one bad survey to drop us likely $500 bucks I'd guess.
