Did any one got any info if they will be some department will keep working from home. I heard. Underwriter will permanently staying home. Thank you. (Since they said we are more productive at home ). Honestly don’t looking for to go back saving 2 hours commute and less stress.

I've noticed my health significantly improve since working from home. I sit under one of the AC vents at work, but it seems like everyone is sick, sneezing, coughing, or hacking all the time in the office or around me. Oh and don't even get me started on the bathrooms with the cold suppose to be HOT water and this solution they call soap. Completely disgusting. I am so glad I am working from home and will continue to push my coworkers for us to keep doing this. We shouldn't be subject to the c-appy work environments so our health suffers where here I can sit at home and be healthier and be as productive as I want!!!
Right will be nice if they tell you . That way you can plan ahead on your personal stuff. I’m in Phoenix HUB. Only heard UW staying home and returning will be based on different phase. But a year been at home I don’t want to go back . Wish you luck
I’d like to know as well. We want to sell our home and purchase a new one but we can’t move forward until we get clarification. We’re not too far now but where we want to move it is farther out and I don’t do traffic.
They have been stringing us along for a year in my department. "We are working on getting you permanent WFH". Meanwhile they keep hiring 3rd party vender workers in the US that get perm WFH from the get go. Doesn't seem right. I don't believe they are ever going to grant us WFH status. Well, I'm not going back to the office. If the company doesn't care about wasting 90 minutes of my time everyday that I don't really want to work here. They day after I receive my retention bonus I'm putting in my notice
Most will be a mix of in office and home 3/2 or some version of that. Sr. Leaders are all over the board, many want full time back in the office, but real estate costs will help.
