Can’t tell you how much more I feel rejuvenated after having consecutive days off as it gives me time to mentally disengage from work and re-engage with my personal life. I think if Lowe’s had consulted with mental health professionals before going to our current scheduling system they would have thought twice as to how it was going to negatively affect our employees mental health and personal life.

Great observation, @1opm+19xrpolD. Since I have someone in my family who is a mental health professional, I know what their opinion is about me when I complain about the situation at work - one step away from total depression.

Nah, this isn't just "retail". It should be considered psychological and class WARFARE against labor.
Marv don’t care about you and neither does your ASM. Deal with it and cherish the ground the SM walks and sniff their back side good. You might land a manager title in the retail corporate word if you do so.
