It isn’t worth being a coach unless you get stocking or front end. I am Food / fresh and consumables. It’s a ridiculous work load and no one wants to help with the massive amount of mods / price changes etc. I have two food associates and they are ran to death and my team leads are running all areas wherever needed. If stocking teams don’t finish work which is more often than not ... we are expected to finish and do everything else. Opd is definitely growing and I clash with the Asm there because she complains about everything. I stay to try and get section work, price changes etc done. I am working 14 hour days and have blisters on my feet to prove it. At the end of the day it isn’t either of our fault. Walmart should have done more planning when it came to this structure vs using millions of people like Guinea pigs. I am extremely disappointed with the company’s decisions at this point. After almost 15 years I am looking elsewhere for employment.
