Was having issues earlier. Just got in and acknowledged the RSR’s. Betting everyone who received them was trying to get in at the same time. Should work now though.

It’s only for people who have that plan as part of their package, not all employees this year like that one year they gave it to the masses. ... I really want to understand the new acknowledgment language and what it means, but I also can’t access the site. I read the policy, and it looks like they can claw back from regular employees if the company reverses financials in a public statement even if those employees had nothing to do with fraud or whatever caused the reversal. I certainly understand the accountability issue and hope they never have to do that. But it’s interesting far more than execs are on the hook to lose now. It looks like they could claw back from everyone in that situation now and going forward. But what about for whatever vests this year? Is this typical of other companies or just another jab to cause attrition? Also, what’s the non-compete deal for retirees not being available to see until March 15? I wonder, again, what that means for regular employees in the way of changed language re. non-compete. Where can financial services folks easily go to but financial services when laid off? Just wondering...
