Does anyone with Aria access know the total employee headcount these days? Trying to ascertain the true impact of these seemingly perpetual RIFs.

Oracle has been hiring as they are RIF'ing. Always looking for cheaper people. Impossible to tell the actual numbers layed off then.
Total headcount does not mean that the same people are here. Older employees, or those earning higher salaries will have been replaced. Don’t fall for the total count con.
At this time last year, credible rumors were trickling down from EVP-levels that the headcount reduction plan was ~37,000. Wow, if the reported 133,284 is accurate, the RIFs haven't been nearly as large as expected or ranted about. Perhaps some teams were hit hard, but overall, it appears the total headcount has remained roughly the same.
Used to be 138,000. At least 5000 fewer headcount, but that doesn't count all the people that have been replaced with cheaper, younger, inexperienced and mostly foreign workers.
Even incompetent GIS cant track that, and we talking about worthless HR
133,284
Do not post that info here as Oracle HR can track where it originates form via silent cookies which contain your badge ID.
