2 full time
3 part time
All depends on what the head count is. Some stores have a higher budget.

Our id–t manager would use the produce allotted hours and move them to a different department but the person would still be listed as a produce worker to make it look like they were fully staffed.

Our club has 2 full time and 3 part time. One full timer complains about everyone else but works, one full timer once the stock is put away bends over the produce table in back on phone, one part timer is the best worker and personality ever, the other 2 part timers do there job. They have a good crew.

Depending on your volume you should have 2 full time and 3 part time.

My club has 3 full time openers, 2 full time closers, and 1 part timer who fills in the gaps whenever they pop up.
