I hearing from Other Clubs, that Marketing will be come MSL. Everybody will be responsible for SIF, Upgrades, Credits. Amongst everything else. Minimum Raise will be $23 an hour. Is this true.

If you were in Marketing 20 plus years ago and received merit raises as well as the more decent annual raises they gave for a job well done, you are definitely making more than $23 an hour! So yes, some are making more than team leads.

Team leads do make around that much. As a matter of fact, I have seen the wage of the meat dept team lead and they start at $25/hr now. Good luck everyone. Yes there have been a lot of manager want to step down. They also received a pay increase to compensate. Yall need to look at the wire more.

Many team leads are not worth that pay. People that have customer service skills are!
