I read some where if we get the vaccine and we get side effects we get paid 3 days without using pto is this true ?

Read up on the side effects before deciding if those 3 paid days off are worth it. It's your health and your life - not theirs.
Omg !!!! I think his POINT IS that everyone that has taken the vaccine has had horrible side effects so he WAS PLANNING FOR THE WORST
