I’m just going to put it out there that no company is going to force me to come during a state of emergency. My life is important to me and to those that I am financially responsible for. Any company that tells you otherwise can rot for all I care. I’ve refused to go in for 2 of my shifts that I was scheduled and if I am terminated I’ll be ok with it - at least I’ll be alive to find another job.

If it was for the winter storm we just had, they told us to approve all points related. I would fight that.
