Cafe workers get paid less than cashiers and HMS/Roto associates yet are expected to "help our team members" in those areas for the lower pay.
Is the HMS food even supposed to be done outside the HMS area, like in the warm cafe or dirty bunzl outside HMS/Roto on tables covered in cardboard, by cashiers not even trained in food safety?

Why go to cashier knowing your job could be on the line due to not getting enough upgrades or credits? Cafe workers work hard and put up with a lot of C-ap. That's why its hard to get other associates to transfer to cafe or to even just help out in cafe. Cafe should have been one of the first departments to get the raise! Most of the cafe workers like their dept. they just dont agree with how they are treated. So before you judge those who work in cafe try working it yourself! And as far as the raise goes explain how its determined what dept gets a raise first. Every dept works hard and deserved the raise. They shouldnt have to leave their dept for a raise!
Everyone continuously complaines about cafe not making as much as other areas, why not change positions. Be a cashier or an area that pays more.
