In my club we have the sweetest kid. He’s always smiling and happy until one of our managers comes into work and starts bullying him. I’ve reported this manager many times but so far nothing has been done. I and some of the guys/girls feel very protected of this kid. I can’t understand why anyone would be cruel to him. He’s always willing to give a helping hand and has a kind word to say to everyone. I swear sometimes I don’t understand management.

Ethics does nothing they are worthless
