BBB not paying employees fairly. I was an ASM in 2020 and my job title and status changed to Supervisor 45 not by my choice. Corporate not going to pay me for my benefit time at the prior hours/ pay. Will instead payout at lower hours/ rate even though forced to carry over. I was never informed of this change. All Managers who's status changes to Supervisor 45 should contact HR corporate. Legal action should follow. BBB is a shady company who doesn't value it's employees. Can't even image what's next for BBB.

Time to seek some legal representation and stop BBB from taking advantage of its employees. Horrible company.
If you are in California contact the California State Labor Board and file a formal complaint.
BBB has always operated like they were above the law
No one informed me that my “title “ and hours have changed. Before being on salary I used to work 55-65 hours a week for no extra money. If this is illegal practice now they will find a way to get away with it. They never were there for the employees. They just want to line their pockets and keep the shareholders happy. They may have changed the CEO but they are still conducting business the same old way.
You are right! I questioned that last year and was told the same thing. We lost money again.
First time we lost money was when they forced us to work 7.5 hours more a week for the same pay (reducing wages/hour and spreading it out and adding the half hour lunch). We were working 7.5 hours more a week than the store managers!
I told my SM that was going to happen. I tried to take my time but still ended up carrying some time. They didn’t take a pay cut so they don’t understand
