Someone said they heard next round of layoffs will be March. Has anyone else heard this?

Division I used to work for reorged every year for 6 years + 2 global reorgs before being broken up into pieces then this latest one.
New strategy introduced everytime. Such a waste of time and $
Everyone new I hear about is an ETW. Looks like they are laying off permanent employees and replacing with contractors. If you are coming on as an ETW just know it is not likely to become a full time job. That hiring model appears to be dead. When your contract is up they don’t extend, just move on to someone new - we just lost four of our ETWs as contracts not extended. Our group heard yesterday that another round of “adjustments” are happening this month. Guessing more black badges gone. I hope I am one of them.
Nike is hiring a lot. I hear about new people constantly.
@1ocl yeah there is a smaller round to "check and adjust" and incorporate the old product cat ops who haven't aligned with CDA yet
Tech is getting a Re-Org between now and the end of the fiscal year (May 31st). I'm guessing some kind of lay off will happen.
If so I hope they are giving the same package as October and not trying to be cheap with all the cost cutting stuff that came out this week. I know there has been a continuation of small, random layoffs happening since March - any of those people want to speak up on the package they received? I hope my group is done getting cut. We don’t have enough people to get the work done, but we sure have a lot of senior managers, directors, and senior directors trying to look busy and important.
@izh Product & Design were hit in October (along with MANY folks being promoted)...are you hearing there is another round happening in March?
