"Tem leads are already overpaid.." most leads aren't making much more than the $15 an hour associates they're over & have much more responsibility. if they're a fresh lead, they have the c-appiest schedules in the club.

I heard they're consolidating management and raising team lead pay as well as increasing responsibilities.
