UK salaries rise to unprecedented levels, as the increased compensation will allow the average UK employee the ability to buy toothpaste. It is rumored that next year’s budget will actually allow for toothbrushes. This is a molar-inspiring event for the company.

Increased share scheme allowances, annual leave increased from 25-28 days, redundancy terms much lower than before, final salary pension to close with no further benefit accruals for existing members. Location allowances to be phased out.
