'Company' knows what is going on. Market & regional managers are just as afraid of home office as your club managers are. They're all paid well to keep quiet & execute instructions from corporate heads.
Until associates start speaking up to home office and publicly nothing will get done, And that probably won't matter.

These club managers should not be getting notice of visits bc trust me they need to be seen for how most clubs run and not all prettied up!

congratulations kath. you rival roz brewer's incompetence as ceo. you had the opportunity to turn things around so sam's was fun place to work, make associates feel like they're worth something, & appreciated again. you are a failure in the eyes of the associates. but as long as you're banking about 15 million a year, you don't give a $H!T.

Block changes to front end and fresh. Not merchandisers and Backroom.
fresh areas aren't ready at 8 with associates coming in at 5. these mo–ns making decisions at corporate are clueless. they couldn't run or work in any of these areas if their lives depended on it. they are bound & determined to run the company into the ground.

What are schedule changes for frontend
6-2:30 shift in fresh areas. Click n pull is waiting on the baker now so they can fill orders with fresh product. Scheduling is bass awkward.
Cafe hours 10-7 and block scheduling/cross training in fresh all production to be done in AM
No rumors at all. new blocks for fresh, front end new cafe hours too
No one is changing blocks. Stop starting rumors.
