Remember if your position got a raise last year for example the $15 base pay. You WILL NOT get the annual 2% on top of that

I was told April as well. Not sure what isn't true I got the email from an assistant manager actually all associates did in my club, came right from club communication and I make over the 15.30$ you make and no I'm not a team lead or management
Not true! I got my annual 2 percent now I make 15.30😂😂
If your pay was raised to $15, you will not get the 2% raise this year. If you were already making $15 or above and as long as you are not capped, you will receive 2% on the first paycheck in March.
Raises should take affect from what we were told at my club from a assistant manager in a email he sent out last week, so you probably won't know anything until end of March beginning in April, hopefully everyone is getting a raise
I realize that this corporation is not like working for a public agency, however after years of doing payroll in the public arena, it is not fair not to continue with the 2% raise Reward the loyal associates who come in day after day, who do not call in constantly, who step up in other areas, reward those who truly work as a team. Bring back the evaluations. Walmart/Sam's Club profits are exploding. What is 2% of $15 an hour? A lousy $.30...if your FT that equates to an extra $2.40 a an 8 hours shift, not even enough to pay for a gallon of gas in California. Pay these people a living wage for God's sake. I like working at Sam's, but the communication gets a huge "F" from me. The only way to find out what is going on is on this forum.
So let me get this straight.... If I was making 15.10 and did not get anything for the bump in base pay, I get nothing AGAIN (no 2%)??? That BLOWS!
Im gonna march in there and tell em i want both !
You gotta be tough to be a winner !
I received 4 cents to bump me to $15, now I get nothing. I've been with Sam's for over 12 years. I liked it so much better when you received a raise based on your work ethics
