This really shouldn't be a surprise. The concept of "Branch Banking" has been dying for well over a decade. It is only accelerating now. If your role is aligned to this and you didn't see this coming, you are doing it wrong.

Its the equivalent of being a horse & buggy salesperson at the turn of the 20th century, certain that cars would never catch on.
Branch Banking is done. The sooner you accept that, stop with the nostalgia and pick your head up and look for what's next, the better off you will be.

Even though they are saying employees are moved to other branches, they are cutting our hours, so we will have to leave, I went from a 30-hour week to a 12-hour week. Is this fair?
