If you got 0% when rated performing, it means that your salary is at the top of the pay structure for your jobcode and geographic area. Your supervisor should have explained this. The only way to go for you is a different job with a higher pay structure.
Anyone know why I got 0% raise ? I was also performing.
I was performing and did 3.5%.
Leading 4% same as others I guess

raises on based on performance rating AND position in pay range. The higher your pay in the range, the less you get.
Ratings and raises based on last year had very little to do with performance. Most were rated a performing and the actual percentage was based on current base pay. Most got 2-3% .
I was performing and got 3%. I did no work from home.
I was performing and got 4%

WFH reps worked more hours while y'all worked 2 days a week. Just saying
Raises are all political just like everything else in the company!
Maybe the people that were actually in the store and working during the pandemic deserve a little more. However they don't care
No one got leading that's b—s—
How is this for a slap in the face for solutions specialists. I work with a rep who was out for nearly 8 months last year due to covid. She has a kid and is married. Never did any WFH. Reps that worked all through this we’re given performing 3% but she got leading and 5%. We need a UNION! What a joke this is.
