True no idea what the R2B job has become but it's just as the person described. If you're in r2b slanging blue jeans you need to prime that resume and search out an actual paying job in SaaS or something.

B2B here! It is misery and demoralizing. All they talk about is Bluejeans and One Talk! The OT that was sold and installed always has issues. The OT goes down at least one major outage per year and we come up with some bs excuse to tell the customers. OT is like everything else we sell, more expensive! Then BJN works correctly have the times, it freezes, the voices don’t sync, audio drops, etc. Typical VZ acquisition, things just falls apart. The micromanaging is at an all time high! Think about having a customer call, a simple inquiry or just follow up with a customer am having to make a BJN appointment just to have the following: Rep, Sr Mgr, MSA, Sr MSA, MP, and Director all on the same call with video then having to explain that to the customer. Then after the call, they all gang up on you on why you didn’t present the solution or dig? But boss! He just had a quick question about the bill and when he can buy out a phone? There was a BAM who left Tmo to join VZ. He left back to Tmo 3 months after he started.

As mentioned earlier VBG must be doing something right if their 2020 STI payout hit 107.

I feel for the b2b people right now, their job s—s; blue jeans salesmen. They have to arrange all their meeting on blue jeans. Imagine selling bluejeans and having the customer use it to make as sale. Also their focus is on business solutions that don't fit the size of the businesses they are dealing with needs.

VBG bled the most money

No real reason to push smb with time it takes, problems, low staff and c-ap systems in retail. They RYA is nice for submitting leads but other then that front line could care less.

Also there is no reason for a consumer with 1-10 lines to be on business. No weekend support, no access to the same consumer tools that work like my verizon, horrible experience. Business barely has ISPU
