In my (European) country management said that HW3 is still "being studied"; thought it was a part of today's "reorganisation" but, no, seems there is more to come.
"NM was played out years ago." Obviously a comment from a clueless person. in 2019 NM had one of the biggest outputs of production in the entire nation and contributed tens of billions to the NM economy. But yeah, "NM was played out years ago." Genius.
New Mexico was played out decades ago.
Huffed out.
EM follows smells with the nose of a sea urchin.
I guess it is true.
All politics is local.
Some dungeon in Dallas is where it all happens.
Sad sad to be digested in the bowels of such a beast.
I’m at GC manufacturing site and it is In the works for another round of PIP and re-org somewhat already in progress. Also eliminating a good amount of positions as they retire.
The re-org is already taking place like an under the table handshake. No direction, too many wanna be chiefs. Upstream trying to mimic Downstream. The blind leading the blind. It’s unbelievable!!
Companies constantly re-org to become more efficient.
It wouldn't surprise me considering the Joe Biden administration has effectively stopped all drilling in NM, one of our biggest plays. If you voted for Biden and work in the oilfield... I have no words
Will there be a sposa when our jobs are outsourced to India? Or will we be NSI and let go?
And big wheels keep on turning. Rolling. Rolling. Rolling down the river.
It’s not as much a re-org as it’s a constant churn. The Churn keeps on churning.
I hope so. The last reorg was a consultant’s dream with unclear roles and accountabilities, inefficient handoffs and bloated management levels. Go back to the old flat org levels with no dotted lines and clear R&Rs where decisions can be made without calling for consensus across multiple groups.
