I saw they released alot of info on changes for next year's STI into but what about this up coming bonus?

Even at 89% I am happy with my VCG STI. Could have been so much worse.
Corporate doesn't just lay off people. That includes recruiters too which hire people. It also includes marketing and advertising which brings in revenue. The org charts are available if you would like to look.
That s—s really bad that the customer service side that actually has to deal with all the difficult customers gets 10% less than corporate payout. Of course it's not a surprise if corporate makes money by laying off people and outsourcing

Depends on your work group. VCG is 89%, the lowest of them all.
