I was supposed to have my STI Communication meeting this morning, but my boss said they are being delayed.
Anyone know why?

If you get laid off, you will still get sti and stock payout. Just don’t get fired

The business unit scores have already been published. There sheets will be available this afternoon.
Because the communication sheets aren't available until the company modifier is announced, which was today. You're manager was jumping the gun. There is no delay, everything is on schedule.
Could be because many people who were subject to the STI/BPI are being let go as of the 19th. There’s a lot of concern over the timing of the layoffs and when these payouts start. As well as the Stock Together program that pays out March 2nd. Verizon doesn’t want to pay those being laid off.
