Remember that all your evil cuts both ways. If the exec's do not care, why should we? You do nothing to support us, so why should we support you? Money you say? The exec's are getting paid too, and doing nothing for it. "Oh no they say...this is not open for discussion" so be it...remember: we do the work.

In reality all Wells Fargo Heads, senior and middle level managers are just figure heads do nothing show up at useless meetings, presentations and talk all b—s—s. They enjoys high salaries, perks, stocks and legal representation employment; they live rich work life; They dont hurt like us workers in Wells Fargo. When doing the right things and not bending to the office politics dramas queens they get us fired .

Execs do care. Their careers are on the line as well.
We just have a very good round of bonuses paid out when there was every reason for them to stick it to us.
